These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 777xd website located at 777xd.cam ("the Platform", "the Website", "777xd") and all services made available through it, including online casino games, sports betting information, live dealer games, promotional offers and any associated features.

The Platform is operated for the purposes of providing online casino and sports betting content and services to users. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 777xd. By registering an account, accessing the Website or using any service offered through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.1 By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, depositing funds or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

3.2 These Terms take effect at the moment you first access the Platform and remain in force for the duration of your use and for any period thereafter in which obligations arising from your use remain outstanding.

3.3 777xd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4.1 To register and use an Account on 777xd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be suffering from, or in recovery from, a gambling addiction or disorder at the time of registration.
• You must not previously have been subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform that remains in force.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.2 777xd reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

5.1 Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, regardless of the device, browser, IP address or payment method used, are strictly prohibited.

5.2 You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

5.3 Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777xd may, at its discretion, close any account registered with inaccurate information and forfeit any associated balance or pending withdrawals.

5.4 Account registration and maintenance are provided free of charge. 777xd does not charge administrative fees for standard account operations, though third-party fees from payment providers may apply independently.

6.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.

6.2 All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. 777xd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

6.3 You must notify 777xd support immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Contact details are set out in Section 17.

6.4 777xd will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any message purporting to be from 777xd requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

7.1 To fund your account you must use a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

7.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

7.3 Payment methods available on the Platform may include various options familiar to Pakistani users, which may be displayed in the cashier for reference. Availability is subject to change without notice. References to payment service names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership between those providers and 777xd.

7.4 Cryptocurrency deposits including BTC and USDT may be available. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate and any conversion to PKR or other display currency will be based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of the transaction.

7.5 Balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported. You acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the PKR equivalent of transactions made in other base currencies.

7.6 777xd does not accept funds that are derived from illegal activity. By depositing, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are lawfully yours and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

8.1 Withdrawals may only be made by verified account holders. KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal request will be processed.

8.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, alternative options will be offered in the cashier.

8.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. These limits may vary by method and account tier.

8.4 If a User has an active bonus balance, applicable wagering requirements must be met, or the bonus balance forfeited, before a withdrawal of real-money funds can be initiated.

8.5 Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to operator review. 777xd makes no guarantee as to the time within which any withdrawal will be completed.

8.6 777xd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional documentation, which the User must provide within a reasonable timeframe.

9.1 Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of 777xd. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the point of opt-in.

9.2 A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met.

9.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rates applicable to each game type will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.

9.4 Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise stated. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

9.5 777xd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms or cancel a user's bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation or breach of these Terms.

9.6 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using another identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or exploitation of software errors or miscalculated odds.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses, free bets or promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, as determined at 777xd's sole discretion.
• Attempting to access, alter or interfere with the Platform's code, servers or databases in any unauthorised manner.
• Providing false identity information or forged documents during the KYC process.

10.2 777xd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any associated funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

11.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and page layouts — is the intellectual property of 777xd or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content.

11.3 The 777xd name, logo and any associated trade marks are the property of 777xd. Unauthorised use of any 777xd trade mark is strictly prohibited.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

12.2 777xd does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, updates or other reasons without prior notice.

12.3 The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777xd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13.1 777xd is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion.

13.2 Users are encouraged to set personal limits from within their account settings. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; requests to increase limits may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

13.3 Self-exclusion is available to any User who wishes to restrict or suspend access to their account for a set period or indefinitely. To activate self-exclusion, contact support as set out in Section 17.

13.4 Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. 777xd strongly advises against chasing losses, betting with money you cannot afford to lose, or gambling under the influence of substances.

14.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (subject to completed KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you.

14.2 777xd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 10;
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Your account shows evidence of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity;
• Continued operation of your account would expose 777xd to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.

14.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777xd may withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited entirely.

15.1 777xd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered Users via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform.

15.2 The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.3 If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.

16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xd is licensed and operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16.2 Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the Platform or the Services shall first be referred to 777xd's support team for resolution. You agree to engage in good faith to resolve disputes informally before initiating any formal legal process.

16.3 If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, the matter may be referred to formal arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as appropriate.

16.4 Nothing in this Section limits the rights of either party to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
